WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide compassionate nursing care while supporting patients, residents, and the facility care team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Completing nursing assessments and accurate documentation
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes
- Coordinating with the care team and following care plans
- Maintaining a safe, respectful environment
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A dependable, professional approach to patient care
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
