Our Process…
Care Assessment
Upon contacting our office at 508-388-2020, we will perform a basic care assessment over the phone. In practice, this looks like a few questions:
- What activities on a daily basis might your friend or loved one require help with?
- Are daily living activities, like cooking, driving, or cleaning becoming more difficult?
- How is their overall health?
- Would changes to their home, like adding a lamp or removing a rug, improve their current quality of life?
In-Home Visit
After completing a basic assessment we will follow up with an in-home visit where we will begin crafting a customized care plan for your friend or loved one. This plan is detailed and tailored to each individuals specific needs and desires. This customized care plan can be modified as you and your loved one see fit. After agreeing upon the custom care plan we will begin the caregiver matching process.
