Make a Difference Every Shift
As a CNA, you’ll help residents feel comfortable, supported, and respected while working alongside nurses and other care team members.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
- Helping residents move safely and comfortably
- Taking and recording vital signs as required
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Providing compassionate care that protects residents’ dignity
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- A caring approach and commitment to quality resident care
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
