Informatix Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for flexible per diem opportunities in skilled nursing facilities throughout Waltham and surrounding communities.

Immediate Openings Available
We’re actively hiring for multiple per diem RN and LPN positions. Start as soon as onboarding is complete.
Flexible shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, depending on facility needs.
Pay:
- Registered Nurse (RN): $55.00–$65.00 per hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $48.00–$52.00 per hour
Rates vary based on facility, shift, experience, and assignment.

Waltham, Newton, Watertown, Belmont, Lexington, Burlington, Bedford, Needham, Weston, Cambridge, Somerville, and Framingham.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care in skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete assessments and documentation
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Maintain high standards of resident care
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- Nursing home, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Professional and dependable
- Strong clinical and communication skills
