Informatix Health is a nursing staffing agency based in Massachusetts that provides employment solutions for nursing facilities and private care homes. We recruit and provide licensed or certified healthcare personnel to work as temporary staff in Per Diems or contract positions.
Our healthcare professionals are vetted and experienced. We help healthcare facilities fill staffing gaps, manage fluctuations in patient volume, handle unexpected absences or vacancies and help families care for their loved ones at their private homes.
We work with the host employer to create a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees. Furthermore, we handle all necessary paperwork and compliance and manage payroll and benefits for the healthcare professionals we place.

As a Health care sector staffing firm, we offer a wide variety of services, including, but not limited to, recruitment of viable candidates for open positions, provide-on-demand shifts, review of candidates and employees’ credentials, tracking of continuing education, license verification, skills validation, clinical assessment testing, certifications, and background checks and other screenings. We draft and negotiate contracts and help ensure our clients receive the services they need and that our staff are matched with the right facility.
How We Hire
We have a rigorous recruitment process that involves job placement advertisements, peer recommendations, and the use of our resources to find eligible candidates on social network sites. We have an onboarding process that includes background checks, license verification, and in-person and phone interviews to find the best candidates. Staff must work and train on workplace best practices, which include HIPAA and OSHA regulations. We follow up with our clients to ensure our staff meets their expectations.

As the CEO of Informatix Health, Joyce brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in the healthcare industry. With over 20 years of experience in various healthcare settings, including long-term care, acute care, mental health, home health, and hospice, Joyce possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare facilities in finding qualified staff.
Joyce’s journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and evolved as she pursued higher education to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2001.
She continued her educational pursuits to become a Registered Nurse (RN), solidifying her foundation in providing exceptional patient care.
Driven by a genuine passion for improving care quality and outcomes, Joyce is dedicated to bridging the gap between healthcare facilities and top-notch healthcare staff. Her extensive experience and understanding of the industry uniquely position her to address the staffing needs of healthcare facilities effectively.
Moreover, Joyce’s special interest in behavioral health has fueled her commitment to advocating for change in this field. As an ANCC-board certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), she is well-equipped to address the current mental health challenges and healthcare disparities faced by underserved communities.

Office Manager and Program Director
Melissa Sanon is our Office Manager and Program Director for our VA Department which provides Home Health Services to veterans throughout Massachusetts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Certification in Program Management. She has extensive experience in the nursing and private care industry, adept at managing client relationships and coordinating healthcare services. Proficient in assessing client needs, developing care plans in collaboration with clients care team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
She is very skilled in scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments, resolving client issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards including guidelines from OSHA, DPPC, DPH, HIPAA and others.
She is committed to promoting client satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals including Social Workers, Nurses, and Case Managers.
