Position Overview:
- We are Urgently looking for HHAs. We offer excellent pay, $18-21/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Provides in-home support services to individuals receiving services, including personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, respite care, life skill activities, and shopping for participants
- Provides, assistance to individuals in the areas of daily living and personal care
- Establishes a therapeutic relationship with the individual receiving services to ensure effective guidance, support and service delivery
- Ensures objectives are met in accordance with the Care Plan
- May coordinate, organize and/or assist with household activities such as light housekeeping and meal set up according to state requirements
- Maintains current progress and service notes and submits all required documentation and verbal feedback to Supervisor
- Promotes positive relationships with individuals receiving services, families, payers, and community representatives
- erforms other related duties and activities as required
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- State-issued Home Health Aid certification or CNA license is required
- All state required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes.
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields•Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, Temporary
Salary: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
